We haven’t really said much because there’s so much that can (and does) go wrong in the process of buying a house. Our situation is no exception.
Last night after going through 23 pages of the inspection report with some experts, we decided to go for it. Today we’re headed to do the formal mortgage application, and if things all go as planned, we’ll close on the house in February. If that’s the case, we’ll likely move in by late March.
We’ll have to get someone to sublet our current place from April to June, so if you know anyone that is looking for a sublet in Waltham, please let us know.
